Service process
You describe the phone and the result you want. We confirm the job before you ship, complete the agreed work, and send the phone back with tracking.
Send the exact model if you know it, where it came from, its condition, your preferred operating system, and any additions such as Google services, microG, root, or requested apps. “Not sure” is a valid answer.
You receive a clear description of the work, the expected price, and the private shipping address. Do not buy or ship a phone directly to Reflash Lab until we have checked the exact listing or device.
After confirmation, remove personal accounts and locks, check OEM unlocking, remove physical SIM and SD cards, and pack the phone safely.
We follow the confirmed request, install the operating system and requested additions, and test basic boot and update behavior.
Payment instructions are sent when the work is complete. Standard return shipping is included; faster service, signature, or additional carrier coverage can be added.
Buying a phone
Send the exact product listing before you order. We will check the model, seller, carrier history, and requested operating system, then provide the job reference and shipping details.

More than one phone
Use the standard request form for one phone. For a batch, describe the device count, models, setup, deadline, and any management requirements in the notes so we can respond with a practical plan.
