Website use

No website account is required. Reflash Lab may use privately operated analytics to understand which pages are useful and where the website fails. It is not used to build advertising profiles or follow visitors across unrelated websites. You may block these requests with browser or network controls.

The website may connect to outside services when you choose to submit a protected form or pay by card. Those providers receive the information required to perform that function under their own privacy policies.

Service requests

The request form collects your contact details, phone and requested setup, notes, agreement to the Terms, basic request information such as IP address and browser, and a reference number.

Do not send an IMEI, identification document, proof of purchase, password, recovery code, personal screenshot, or file upload through the form.

Service and payment records

Records needed to perform the service may include the request, messages, confirmed phone and setup, shipment tracking, invoice, payment status, work performed, test results, and return tracking. Cryptocurrency payments may also require the transaction identifier, amount, time received, and exchange-rate source used for the invoice.

Card details are entered with the payment provider and are not collected by the Reflash Lab website.

Your phone and data

Operating-system installation erases the phone. Reflash Lab does not ask for your account passwords and the service does not include reading, backing up, migrating, or recovering personal data. The phone’s physical condition and basic boot behavior may be documented to complete the service or resolve a shipping or damage claim.

Retention

Reflash Lab retains records for as long as necessary to conduct and improve our business, within the confines of governing law.

Your choices

You may use email or an available encrypted contact method. Encrypted messaging can reduce exposure of the conversation, but shipping companies, payment providers, mobile carriers, and recipients maintain their own records.

You may ask a privacy question or request correction of information by replying through the same contact method used for your service request.
