Retailer-direct orders
Have a new phone sent directly after we check the listing.
Send the exact retailer link first. Once we confirm the model and seller, we provide the job reference and shipping details needed for the order.
Seller substitutions matter.A marketplace listing can change seller, region, carrier origin, or model without changing the product title. Recheck the exact offer before ordering.
